SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing times are separate business days from Shipping times.  Once your order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Processing Times

Payment Processing: Payments take approximately 1 business days to process.  Payments received after 5 pm, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day. 

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday before 5 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm on business days will process the next business day. Orders placed on weekends, and federal holidays, will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING

Items will be shipped out within 2 business days (excludes weekends, and federal holidays)  Once we are done processing your items we will notify you by the email provided on your order. A tracking number will always be added to your shipment, and emailed to you.

We ship to all destinations within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands.  We also ship to all military bases, P.O. Boxes, and select International locations. International locations will populate at checkout.

Please be sure to verify the shipping address on your order. Once the order is placed, we will not be able to change the address. 

We currently use USPS, UPS, Amazon FBA, and DHL for shipping.  All orders are shipped with insurance, however for immediate claim resolution, in the event, your item/items are lost, or have a value over $500 you may purchase SHIPPED SHIELD insurance at checkout to protect your order. 

Shipped Shield will handle your claims, and reimbursements in the event your package is lost.

Mink City will continuously keep in touch with you as we process your order until it is shipped. 

Mink City will not be responsible for lost packages, carrier delays stolen packages, damages to packages made by couriers, or mistakes made by third parties. 

If you do not purchase additional insurance, you may file a claim on your own with USPS and provide your receipt, and tracking information. 

Mink City does not handle lost or damaged package claims.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 1. Domestic and International Orders: 

Mink City offers a full refund on all items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.   If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@minkcitybrand.com with your order number, and we will provide you with return instructions form. Return requests must be received before items are mailed back. 

Once your return is received, it will be processed. We will notify you by email if your return is approved. Refunds will be credited back to the card used at the time of the order.

Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit cards or 7-10 business days for debit cards to reflect your refund.

All returns are due within 30 days after the delivery date. After the 30-day cut-off, your return period will expire.  

All returns are free.  

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If you receive the wrong item/order from Mink City please contact us immediately at:  info@minkcitybrand.com Once we verify the issue, Mink City will refund you for the full amount including shipping costs paid at the time of the order, directly to the payment used at the time of your order.

MINK CITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE: For damaged items due to postal carriers, lost, or stolen items that have been delivered.   All packages are offered a shipping insurance option at checkout. Please select the insurance option to cover third-party incidentals. Please note insurance coverage is non-refundable.

ON-SALE, CLEARANCE, & FINAL-SALE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.  No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds, can be made due to defects or quality on clearance, sale, and final sale purchases. Any defects or quality issues will be indicated in the product notes. Return Insurance may be purchased for Sale and Clearance items. Please note Return Assurance fees are non-refundable. All returns will be processed and notification of approval will be sent to you by email.

WARDROBING&EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Our Customer Protection Team will revoke and bar any customer with a history of fraudulent activity, excessive returns, or wardrobing.

While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of everyone who shops with Mink City.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

 Due to the custom nature of most items of our pieces, and the time and devotion poured into each garment, please allow 5-10 business days for processing your order. Items purchased from Mink City are eligible for

The first email you will receive is an order confirmation, when your order is placed.  You will receive the second email once your payment has been confirmed. The third email will be received within 5-10 business days to confirm shipment and tracking information. 

We use USPS and UPS for shipping with an estimated 2-3 business days for Domestic (United States) orders and an estimated 7-14 business days for International orders. Please plan accordingly, to allow time for your order to be prepared and shipped to you. We will remain in contact with you at all times until your order arrives at your delivery address.

Orders placed after 5 pm, on weekends, or on Federal US holidays, will process on the next business day. Orders are shipped M-F from 9 am-6pm.  All orders will receive a tracking number. 

We ship to select International destinations.  Locations we ship to will populate at checkout.  You may select your currency by changing it with a currency selector on the bottom left of the page.  Our website will also translate for select languages.  

International orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed.  Currently, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our items.

Duty and Taxes if applicable will be charged by courier to the customer upon delivery.  

Some items require your measurements, height and current weight, please add this information in the order notes section before paying. If we need more information, please check your email for our messages. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing. We will email you a tracking number once we are done processing your order. 

Orders are shipped by USPS International Priority Mail. International shipping times are 2-10 business days for Canada, Europe, Mexico and 7-20 business days for all other destinations.

All International orders are shipped with shipping insurance for your protection.
