RETURN POLICY

1. Domestic and International Orders:
Mink City offers a full refund on all items returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@minkcitybrand.com with your order number, and we will provide you with return instructions form. Return requests must be received before items are mailed back.
Once your return is received, it will be processed. We will notify you by email if your return is approved. Refunds will be credited back to the card used at the time of the order.
Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit cards or 7-10 business days for debit cards to reflect your refund.
All returns are due within 30 days after the delivery date. After the 30-day cut-off, your return period will expire.

CANCELLATIONS&CHANGES
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.

DAMAGES: Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately at (info@minkcitybrand.com) if the item/s are defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If Mink City is responsible, we will issue you a full refund including shipping fees for the payment used at the time of the order.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If you receive the wrong item/order from Mink City please contact us immediately at: info@minkcitybrand.com Once we verify the issue, Mink City will refund you for the full amount including shipping costs paid at the time of the order, directly to the payment used at the time of your order.
MINK CITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE: For damaged items due to postal carriers, lost, or stolen items that have been delivered. All packages are offered a shipping insurance option at checkout. Please select the insurance option to cover third-party incidentals. Please note insurance coverage is non-refundable.
ON-SALE, CLEARANCE, & FINAL-SALE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds, can be made due to defects or quality on clearance, sale, and final sale purchases. Any defects or quality issues will be indicated in the product notes. Return Insurance may be purchased for Sale and Clearance items. Please note Return Assurance fees are non-refundable. All returns will be processed and notification of approval will be sent to you by email.
WARDROBING&EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Our Customer Protection Team will revoke and bar any customer with a history of fraudulent activity, excessive returns, or wardrobing.
While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of everyone who shops with Mink City.
