REFUND POLICY

Mink City offers Store Credit for Domestic and International Returns. Please contact us at info@minkcitybrand.com, before returning your items. We will reply to you by email, with return instructions. Returns must be received within 30 days after the delivery date. After 30 days your return window will expire. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received, will process it and email you with your store credit number if approved. All items must be returned in saleable condition, unworn, free of stains, and odors, and unwashed with original tags attached. Items not eligible for return are Final sale, clearance, undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, bags, all jewelry, sunglasses, digital items (gift cards), Store credit, coupons, and free items. Store Credit is available to Domestic US and International customers. All store credit will include full price of items, and original shipping costs. International duties and taxes are not refundable by Mink City or included in store credit amount.

*Return Assurance is also available at Checkout for United States Domestic orders. You can select and pay for SEEL return assurance for all items in your order including final sale and clearance items. SEEL fee is non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the card used at the time of the order. If you use SEEL and wish to return an item you can log in to initiate your return. You must return your items back within 30 days after the delivery date. After 30 days your return window will expire. All items must be returned in saleable condition, unworn, free of stains, and odors, and unwashed with original tags attached. Items not eligible for returns are damaged items, digital items, and International orders.
